We currently require the services of a talented individual to replace our outgoing sous chef who is leaving after 6 years with the business.
We don't expect someone to immediately take-up the reigns of sous chef but we do expect the successful person to be able to progress very quickly to the number two role in the kitchen.
Ideally we require someone coming from excellent training (a minimum of 12 months), preferably froma Rosette standard kitchen. So, if you're bright, committed to a career in a professional kitchen and think you can assume repsonsibility quickly, this may be the role you're looking for.
You will receive excellent training and guidance from our talented Head Chef and find yourself in a truly exciting, independent business that is highly respected and growing year on year. We are able to offer c£17,000 as a starting salary.
